Request should be initiated within 4 days of received product.
On receiving the replacement request and product, Liamsons executive will check the inventory and if the product is available then it will be shipped immediately within 3 days of request creation. If the product is NOT available in the inventory then refund will be sent back to customer via payment gateway or
Post return of the product, Liamsons quality check team will check for the below compliance:
Product should be unused
Product should not be damaged or tampered
Product should be complete and there should not be any accessories/parts missing from the original package
Product should be in original state and no modifications/colors should be made to it
Sterile products are NOT eligible for return/replacement unless customer receives a wrong order
If the request is NOT genuine then Liamsons customer representative has the right to deny the order
Upon Return request processing, we are entitled to deduct any amount from the refund to cover the loss of revenue and which can even go to 100%. Liamsons customer representative will be communicating about this deduction ahead of time.
If customer fails to take the delivery of the products, Liamsons may charge a minimum amount to redeliver the product
Liamsons reserves the right to deliver the products in partial shipments incase of large orders and the partial orders can be from different vendors too.
Liamsons is not liable for any expenses/losses incurred to buyer from any delay in delivery of the products
Liamsons will try its level best to deliver the products within 10 days but doesn't guarantee due to shipping location. there are multiple factors such as Shipping partner issues, strikes by transporters, Protests caused by political turmoil etc.
Return/Replacement request will ONLY qualify for Approval for the below reasons:
If the product is physically damaged in the transit
If the product such as equipment/accessories/instruments has any accessories/parts missing from the original package
If the product such as drugs specific to consumables are closer to expiry date
If the product received is a wrong order
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Orders that are cancelled by customer or lamsons customer representative before shipping, A request will be created to refund the funds through original mode of payment

REFUND POLICY:
For CANCELLED orders: If request for cancellation is made before the product is shipped then a full refund will be processed immediately
For RETURNED orders: If request for returns is processed and approved, refund request will be intitated immediately and it will take around 30 days for amount to credit into customer bank account
