RETURN POLICY:

ELIGIBILITY:

Raise a RETURN/REFUND request to support@liamsons.com if the delivered product qualifies for the below reasons:

  • If the product is physically damaged in the transit
  • If the product such as equipment/accessories/instruments has any accessories/parts missing from the original package
  • If the product such as drugs specific to consumables are closer to expiry date(If shelf life is less than a month)
  • If the product received is a wrong order

PROCESS FOR RETURN/REFUND REQUEST:

Raise a RETURN/REFUND request to support@liamsons.com with all the below details as a proof:

  • Photos/videos of the product showing the defect from various angles and should be clear enough to identify
  • Photos of Shipping labels with order number
  • Photos of Invoice sent at the time of purchase
  • One of our Liamsons customer representative will go through the request in details and get back to customer if needed more clarification. All the details related to replacement/refund request needs to be provided to the Liamsons customer representative inorder to get the request approved
  • For more details, Liamsons customer representative will reach out to customer via phone/email/whatsapp before approving. If it is a valid request for RETURN/REFUND then it will be routed to Manager's approval. After Approval from manager, a return request will be initiated to collect the delivered package within 4 to 5 days.
  • Post return of the package received by Liamsons quality team, it will go through first level of quality check inspection by Liamsons quality check team and then it is routed to Quality teams manager approval for replacement request initiation which will take about 5 days to approve.
